Do Items Ship Separately?
Yes. Items may ship separately, and you'll always receive notification and tracking info at the email or cell number you provide with your order, as each item ships.

What Size Should You Buy
Most of our apparel items include size charts to help you choose. If you think you are between sizes, we encourage you to order the next size up.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We completely get it; we change our minds too! While we wish could change your order for you, we are unable to do that once your order is placed. We recently changed this policy because we're growing, and we typically receive more emails than we can respond to each day. We hope to have a cancellation window again in the near future.
What if I want to speak to someone?
We want to speak to you too! Please use the Contact link in our main navigation for any questions, concerns, or feedback. While we can't respond to every email, we promise to get back to you within 48 hours or less, if you're experiencing a problem with or have a concern about your order. Concerns expressed on Friday will be responded to on Monday.
Returns
What Is Your Returns Policy?
We do accept returns for defective items or items damaged in shipping. We require a photo of the damaged item, and all requests for returns must be made within seven days of receiving your items.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reason — including size, because all of our apparel is printed on demand. Please pay close attention to size charts before you order.
What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?
Oh no! Unfortunately, the security of your mailbox is beyond our control.
Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. In most cases this is UPS or the United States Postal Service.
